My Heart Awakens

And when I have a day 

that seems to have just flown by,

I wonder what I have missed.

The small nuances of God's

 preservation and 

abundance.

I simply must set course and pray,

"Lord, awaken my heart,

 clear my vision to bring this abundance

of blessings into focus.

That I may not miss the 

details of your grace and mercy.

I give thanks, Father, because 

"You have granted me life and steadfast love, 
and your care has preserved my spirit."
Job 10:12
