Mercy Gift- Advent 21
It is no small gift of mercy
when we are not judge by the way we look.
Sometimes the faces on inexpensive Nativity sets
are a bit scary.
This one was purchased
when the Total Crafts store was
right by my house.
Perhaps set up as a visual
reminder in my preschool teaching days.
How wonderful that Advent also serves as a time
for reevaluating not only actions,
but intent,
and the things that we may desire to do -
but don't.
And then I am always grateful.
