Proverbs 16: 3 and 9
"Commit your work to the Lord,
and your plans will be established."
The plans will Succeed.
But it is an if- then situation.
and another Proverb-
"The heart of man plans his way,
but the Lord establishes his steps."
The Lord directs his steps.
Looks like there is a
dependent relationship here.
Both of these verses point
to where the starting point is:
in touch and in tune with the Lord.
